Midweek 1/2 day Urban Retreat.

Are you busy on the weekends with work and family. Perhaps you always miss out on the weekend retreats and have yet to experienced how revitalizing and relaxing taking this extra time for yourself can make you feel.
Join us for an intimate three hour in studio retreat experience, beginning with a gentle yoga practice and finishing with some restorative yoga poses. Breath work and meditation will be weaved throughout the practice inviting in a deep feeling of calm and well-being. We will end our time together with a delicious vegetarian lunch.
This intimate half day retreat is limited to 6 people.
