Private 1:1 Yoga
Allow me to take you on a journey through your very own yoga practice that is designed for exactley what you need. This is a holistic approach where we consider every part of your being, physical, emotional, spiritual, and your mind space.
Upon booking your first session you will be contacted to book in a 30 minute complimentary consultation as we work through what your needs are so you can truly benefit from our time together.
Your individual sessions may include, physical poses for strength of body and mind, gentle stretches, restorative poses to relax the whole of your being, meditation and mindfulness as well as Thai Yoga Massage techniques.
After each session you will feel deeply replenished and completely nourished.
