I believe it is important to hold regular retreats that are affordable, allowing you to take time out of your busy schedule just for you.

I hold regular mini retreats which allow you to turn the focus on yourself for a few hours, enabling you to nurture your body, mind and spirit.


Are you new to Yoga or don’t feel confident to attend a class? Maybe you are a regular practitioner and would like to learn more about alignment within the poses.
