Om Shanti Yoga Studio Caloundra
Welcome. My name is Katriena, I am a qualified yoga instructor and mindfulness and meditation teacher.
I have been teaching for 5 years on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, and I am the owner of Om Shanti Yoga Studio in Caloundra. I would love for you to join me in my Boutique Studio for a flowing Vinyasa Yoga class.
Classes are intimate in size, creating a personalized experience and a community feel. With no more then 8 clients per class, together we will create a practice that is perfect for you. All class descriptions and times can be found here.
I offer 7 yoga and meditation classes each week as well as, private sessions, regular full day retreats, tea ceremonies and extended restorative classes both at my home studio in Caloundra and other locations on the Sunshine Coast. There are 4 different class styles to choose from. Beginners Flow, Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Mindfulness and Meditation.
Each yoga class is one hour of Vinyasa inspired yoga. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga which connects breath with movement, allowing for a greater sense of self awareness and mindfulness. During your practice you will experience a connection within, balancing body and soul and calming the mind.
The mindfulness and meditation class runs for 45 minutes. In this class you are introduced to a range of practices and have the option to be seated in a chair.
